Paradise Property Solutions must receive the full payment as agreed before flights can be confirmed. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Carriers require passengers to have travel insurance.
Tickets must be booked in the names as they appear on the passenger’s passport.
Tickets cannot be transferred, nor can there be any refund in the event of a cancellation. (It may be possible to claim against travel insurance in certain circumstance).
In joining us on a property viewing visit you acknowledge that you are in a position to contract to purchase a property on this trip if a suitable property is found.
Property viewing visits can only be booked by persons who have the financial resources to pay the required holding deposit, and comply with contract payment conditions.
It is important that you understand and embrace the spirit of the viewing visit. Our viewing visits are both enjoyable and intense. They are to be treated as you might a business trip, with the sole purpose of finding a property, we ask that you enjoy your holidays at another time. Our staff will spend a great deal of time and effort to ensure that your trip is informative and hopefully productive, we trust that you will return the commitment. Should the spirit of the visit not be upheld i.e. you do not make yourself available for the duration of the trip for the sole purpose of viewing property, as outlined within your defined requirements, or if it is discovered that during our time with you, you have made contact with other Real Estate Agents, Developers, or other such persons in connection with the purchase of a property independently of Paradise Property Solutions, we will be at liberty to cancel the remainder of your viewing visit without notice. You will be asked to vacate our accommodation and we will not be able to provide the return transfer to the airport. We will not accept any liability for additional costs you may incur as a result of this action.
Paradise Property Solutions cannot accept any liability for changes to the planned itinerary as a result of actions by tour operators or airlines.
