Fully Comprehensive Management Package
We at Paradise Property Solutions offer a fully comprehensive Management package guaranteeing that you the owner can sit back and relax knowing that your property is secure and in safe hands. We will ensure that your guests receive the very highest standard in comfort and cleanliness. The fees that we charge are easily redeemed by regular lettings and its in both our interest to make sure that each booking goes as smoothly as possible resulting in guests that wish to re-book year after year.
Many of our clients are surprised to find that we only charge a 20% fee (unlike many of our competitors who are charging up to 30% for the same or less services) this fee is deducted from the weekly booking charge, the balance is then sent direct to you the owner. Meet and greet service. (We will meet all guests at the property to hand over keys and to show them around)

Call out Service (this service can be used to meet tradesmen and receive deliveries to the property, gain access to the property to carryout maintenance and repairs or an emergency. We make a charge 15.00 euros per visit which includes waiting for up to 1 hour, anything after that will be charged extra per hour. |

24 Hr Emergency Key Call out Service (Handover to guests of spare key until for security reasons new locks can be fitted if required by you the owner. fitting costs are not included in the call out charge. |

Cleaning service(we will visit the property giving it a full clean which will include the cleaning of all rooms, strip beds and replace with fresh linen provided by you the owner, polish, sweep and mop floors, replace toilet rolls, towels and tea towels provided by the owner and remove any rubbish from the property. |

Laundry (all bedding, towels, tea towels will be washed and ironed after each guests departure. |

Inspection and Preparation Service

Prepare property for arrival of guests, making up beds, putting out clean towels etc. On same day changeovers your guests must vacate the property by 10am with the new guests not arriving before 3pm to enable us to prepare the property.

Switch on air conditioning/heating, boiler, fridge and other appliances also switching on lights for night arrivals. |

Check all electrical appliances, air conditioning/heating, replace light bulbs, check for signs of damp or infestation inside and out. |

Attend any appointments set by the owner at the property to receive workman or deliveries. |

Inspect all windows, doors and alarms ensuring property is secure on completion of inspection. |

Allow property to have a good airing, flush all toilets, and run all taps and showers to clean any stagnant water in the pipes leaving only fresh water. |

Inform you the owner immediately of any problems arising at the property requiring urgent attention, acting only on owner’s instruction. |

Check property for signs of damp, mould or infestation inside and out.
